Report a Claim
Reporting a claim, any time of day or night, is as simple as calling our toll-fee number: 1-800-MYAMFAM (1-800-692-6326). You may also report your claim online, or by calling my office directly.
Please have the following handy when reporting a claim:
Your name, address and phone number
Your American Family Insurance policy number
The date and time of your loss
A brief description of what happened
Insurance and contact information for anyone else involved
